Oopsie Poopsie is a bathroom fragrance, from the "before you go" category. After 2 years in the market, the brand needed a change so that it would stand out from its competitors and be considered one of the best in the market.
We generated qualitative and quantitative market studies, as well as testings and focus groups. We concluded that the competitors presented themselves as a more premium product, even though their quality was similar or even worse. We carried out a comprehensive strategy for a complete rebranding, renewing the logo, packaging, claims and main messages. Tactics were established for each point of contact according to the communication funnel and stages of awareness, consideration and purchase. As part of the massive communication instance, we developed a TV spot to generate awareness and word of mouth, positioning Oopsie Poopsie as a main player in the category.
