Together with Pepsico Us, we launched a menu optimization program for restaurants in the southeast region of the country with the aim of increasing the purchase of drinks in orders made through platforms such as: Uber Eats, Doordash, Grabhub.
After making an exhaustive diagnosis of each menu on each platform, the Wiper team was responsible for making different optimizations, which were based on three fundamental pillars:
- Creation of combos through the “Builder Combo” available in the tool to easily create the combos agreed with restaurants.
- Reorganization of the information of each menu for a logical and correct order when making purchases through applications.
- Images updated to scale so that each drink is presented correctly.
We implemented a systematized process:
- A team of operators was formed, each with a goal of 50 monthly menus.
- The system allowed access to trainings for the management of the system of each aggregator, daily menu assignments and information on updates to obtain precise results metrics.
- A CRM was used to perform a follow up of the moment the client accepts the optimization until it is finished.
- Finally, the action was complemented by a generation of reports in order to obtain precise metrics of the results. These reports are made automatically after 30 days and compare the information loaded in the initial sales status by restaurant and the sales obtained.
